His passion is contagious
I wanted to start working on something and make money, anything! And I had a friend who, despite earning very well, left his job to start at b:hip. So, I wanted to know more about this business.
This is how I met Juanca Medellín in our first meeting, to explore this opportunity. His story and accomplishments left me impressed. It was just what I was looking for in my life: to travel, earn money and make friends! I completely identified with him.
Juanca has always inspired me personally. No matter how much money I make or what my rank is, he always pushes me to do my best, to get out of my comfort zone and to face new challenges. His passion for everything he does is contagious, and his constant desire to improve never fails to motivate me.
Since I joined b:hip, my life changed radically, from the first month, earning much more than several people in my family, with 30 years of employment, earned monthly. It was like a mental lightning bolt!
The second month was even more surprising, since I got my passport before my lisence. I didn’t even have the necessary travel documentation before this! At 23 years old, I never imagined that financially I could achieve what I am earning now. This goes beyond being a simple experience; It´s a lifestyle.
I especially highlight that Juanca always challenges me to do things that make me uncomfortable, like speaking in public. There´s always something new I learn from him. His impact on my life has been incredible!

He is always there to motivate me
I’m a production graphic designer and I had been doing it for 4 years when I found out about the arrival of b:hip to Medellín. I attended an event to get more information and I met Juanca at the seminar.
Although at first it seemed a little strange to me because of his unique style, I was captivated by his story. Even though there were no offices in Medellín yet, we quickly forged a working and friendly relationship.
A year later, with the market open in Peru, Juanca invited me to work in Lima, and I ended up living there for two years!
He’s incredibly outgoing and unique; It just makes you want to be like him. Additionally, he demonstrates a genuine love for people, which is crucial in this business. He´s loyal and he´s always there to motivate me and tell me: “Speak up, get out, make a fool of yourself!” He always seeks for you to change and develop new facets of your personality.
Before, my life was work and home, but b:hip transformed it. Now I travel, meet new people, speak in public and do things that I never thought of doing before. This project showed me a version of myself that I didn’t know about and I’m sure that, without b:hip, I would never have discovered it. It’s my door to the world and a new me!

His wisdom and strategy are incredible
I was finishing my degree in telecommunications when my dad, who was in the process of joining b:hip, asked me to accompany him to a seminar with Juan Carlos.
I became interested in the project, I began to get involved, and in the orientations I started to getting to know Juan Carlos. Today I see him as that unconditional friend, who I can count on in any area of life!
In difficult times, he has been there lifting me up when I needed it. His wisdom and strategy are incredible, he knows how to inspire people.
Thanks to b:hip, my life changed, from living in a corner of a humble neighborhood, I went on to see the world! Juanca’s vision is not only for the medium or long term, but for my entire life. He has taught me to build the best version of myself and not to give up.
Now, my dream of getting on a plane came true. I´m very constant and if I want it, I give it all until I achieve it!
